Chad Copenhaver is a licensed realtor with Keller Williams Signature, and has been serving the real estate needs of the people of Knoxville and East Tennessee for over twelve years. Originally from Charlotte, North Carolina, Chad came to Knoxville in 1994 to attend the University of Tennessee, where he earned a degree in communications, and played for the UT Tennis Team. Chad was a four-year Letterman, served as the men’s tennis team captain for two years, and graduated from UT with honors. After graduating from UT, Chad served as the Director of Tennis for Cherokee Country Club for eight years until 2008, when Chad decided to follow his passion and pursue a career in real estate.
Chad lives in West Knoxville with his wife, Natalie, and daughters, Caroline (10 years) and Olivia (9 months). They attend Sequoyah Presbyterian Church, and Caroline is in fourth grade at Sequoyah Elementary School. Chad still spends plenty of time on the tennis court and is a member of the UT Lettermen’s Club, USTA, and serves on the Challenger Committee for Helen Ross McNabb. Off the court and outside of work, Chad can be often found cheering on the Vols at UT sporting events, running, or enjoying a meal with his family at any of their favorite neighborhood spots including Emilia, Savelli’s and Chez Guevara.
Since 2008, Chad has had a successful career in real estate. Chad’s typical workdays involve listings, showings, and managing various properties in Knoxville. Chad has worked on all aspects of buying and selling real estate, from new construction to financing to closing. Chad’s experience, expertise and knowledge of the market allow him to properly serve his clients, both buyers and sellers. Chad is a hard-working, reliable professional who quickly gains the trust of his clients and the proof of that lies in his repeat business, and the majority of his business is generated from referrals. Buying and selling a home can be an exciting, but sometimes stressful process, and Chad enjoys working hard to make it a seamless, positive experience for all. At the end of the day, his clients’ happiness is his priority.
