To date Hilary has sold $56M in real estate- with 2025 being her best year yet. She works mostly in West Knox — Farragut, Concord, Bearden, Hardin Valley, Rocky Hill, Cedar Bluff — across every price point. The first house. The upgrade when the second baby comes. Hilary and her husband have been married for 27 years and have lived in West Knoxville after finishing at Tennessee Technological University with a marketing degree in 2005. They have 2 Pugs, Smalls and Eloise (AKA ‘Weezy’ or ‘Ellie). They are big time foodies and -believe it or not- are home bodies always up for a good series on TV and a great trivia game.
