Nicole Lane attended West High School and the University of Tennessee. She and Julia Landrath worked well together at Johnson and Johnson for 8 years. They understand one another and the strengths and weaknesses they have as a team. In January of 2021, Nicole and Julia met and decided they wanted to work together in real estate and formed Landreth and Lane Homes. Nicole and Julia have always been passionate about Knoxville and what the city means to both of them and their families.
Nicole has been married to her husband, Kevin for 15 years and has an 8-year-old son named Brigg. Briggs is very involved in sports playing football, baseball, basketball, and tennis and you will find the Lane Family cheering him on most weekends. Nicole’s husband is also involved in sports and is the Defensive Coordinator for the Bearden High school football team. He is also the 8u Knoxville Stars baseball coach as well. The Lane Family loves to play golf as a family and relaxing at the beach.
