Rich is currently the Principal Broker for Keller Williams Signature Real Estate and a specialist in the Sequoyah Hills and Bearden area. Rich’s passion for older homes led him in 2000 to become a broker at Sequoyah Realty, and since then he has worked with hundreds of buyers and sellers on their quest to find their perfect home. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Rich previously was responsible for managing regional and national sales organizations at global information companies Dun & Bradstreet, ChoicePoint and Equifax. Rich also has held a Tennessee general contractor’s license and has done extensive work renovating and remodeling homes in both Knoxville and Atlanta – a skill set that he uses on a daily basis helping his clients navigate repairs, inspections and renovations. Active in the community, Rich has been on the Boards of Nucleus Knoxville (a civic organization), SHEEP (the Sequoyah Hills Early Enrichment Program), the Sequoyah Elementary Foundation, the Sequoyah Hills Preservation Society (dedicated to the beautification and preservation of Sequoyah Hills) and the West High School Foundation. Rich and his wife Angie have called Sequoyah Hills home for the last twenty years with their children AJ and Grant.
