Born and raised in East Tennessee, Tanner Knott is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and spent more than a decade in leadership with Chick-fil-A. There, he developed strengths in service, communication, and operational excellence, learning how to stay calm under pressure, solve problems quickly, and deliver a consistently high level of customer experience—skills he now applies to real estate.
Tanner brings a service-first mindset to helping clients buy and sell homes across East Tennessee. Whether guiding first-time buyers, supporting families through transitions, or assisting those relocating to the area, he is committed to clear communication, steady guidance, and a smooth, well-managed process from start to finish.
Having lived in Lenoir City, Farragut, and West Knoxville, he offers strong local knowledge and a deep appreciation for the communities he serves. He joined Keller Williams Signature for its reputation of excellence and high standard of client service.
Tanner is a husband, father, and follower of Christ, and his faith is the foundation of his life and business. Outside of real estate, he enjoys time with his family, CrossFit, golfing, and East Tennessee’s lakes and mountains.
